Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Adorned by Aja. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and I truly appreciate your respect for my time and the time of other guests. Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. Your deposit will be applied toward your service total. Rescheduling & Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule please provide at least 48 hours notice. This allows me the opportunity to offer the appointment to another guest. Deposits may be transferred one time when at least 48 hours notice is provided and the appointment is rescheduled for the same or a comparable service. Changes made with less than 48 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late your service may need to be modified or rescheduled to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments. Full service charges may still apply. No-Shows: Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit. Future appointments may require payment in full at the time of booking.
